Nursery

This has been a highly requested topic so I thought I’d write a blog post about it sharing what I did and where everything came from.

Once I found out I was pregnant I could not wait to start designing the nursery. If you know me, I have always dreamed of designing a nursery and literally was so excited. Once we found out the gender I really narrowed down what I wanted to do with the room. Regardless of the gender I wanted to keep things very minimal and neutral. Some things I would of changed if the gender was a girl would be a different color choice of curtains and maybe a more feminine rug. However, we had a little boy and the room turned out perfect.

As far as decor went I didn’t want anything too “loud”. Again, wanted a very neutral design. All of his decor frames mostly came from Hobby Lobby along with his letters that spell out his name. Three of the wall decor items were actually from an Etsy shop. I just changed the wording and colors. I bought the files and had them printed at Costco! I also used these frames to put the prints inside of.

The wall color on all four walls is from Sherwinn Williams “Anew Gray”. I really liked this color. To me, it is the perfect blend of beige and gray together. The baseboards are painted a bright white.

Please see below direct links to all of the products I was able to link! If you have any questions please let me know!
